The magazine of the Couple to Couple League International, Inc., the largest Natural Family Planning organization in the United States and a Catholic Press Association Winner! 
Family Foundations is published six times per year as a benefit to members of CCL. Because most members joined CCL by receiving NFP instruction, we can say with confidence that most readers are married and fall between the ages of 25-45. When becoming members, of those who indicated a religious preference, 70% identified themselves as Roman Catholic.
As most Family Foundations readers are married couples in their childbearing ages who are dedicated to following Church teaching on marriage and sexuality, they also tend to have larger families than what is normal in today's society and are committed to raising their children in the Faith.Family Foundations offers:
- Regular columns dealing with NFP topics, marriage, parenting, breastfeeding & full-time mothering
- Uplifting stories from couples living out their Faith while raising a family
- Education on the true meaning of marital love and God's plan for human sexuality
- Support for couples loyal to Church teaching who often feel isolated, even within their own Church
- Education on breastfeeding as best for babies and usually best for families
- Reinforcement and encouragement for women who consider mothering to be a vocation
